We want to earn your affiliate business! We know the business of high durability and can provide you equipment designed to take the daily abuse of group workouts. Shipping policy 

WAREHOUSE PICK-UP

If you selected "Warehouse Pickup" during checkout - it means just that. You (or a person you designate) must pick it up from the warehouse. 

• The warehouse is located at 2432 Estand Way, Pleasant Hill (California)
• Warehouse pick-up items are left in a monitored pick-up area with the purchaser's name on the bag/box.
• Pre-purchased items can be picked up before/after store hours when the gym is open (Diablo Fitness Engineering is accessible via the next door gym - Diablo CrossFit.) 
• In most cases an employee will be available to help you, however should your item(s) be larger/heavier than you are able to manage alone, it is recommended that you bring someone to help you load your item(s).
  
• If you selected "Warehouse Pickup" during checkout and change your mind (want your item to be sent), your order will need to be cancelled and then you must repurchase and select per the shipping options. Not all items are eligible for shipping.

SHIPPING 

We are primarily a store business and we house merchandise in our Pleasant Hill (California) location. 

• Select products are eligible for shipping to the 48 continental United States.
• We ship via USPS Priority Mail for most packages.
  
• We will ship orders of 500 lb or more of a specific vendor product (including Barbells, Bumper Plates, Dumbbells and Kettlebells)  directly from the manufacturer. Buyer may be responsible for shipping costs.
  

Special orders

If we don't have it on hand, we can place a special order for you as well. Special orders take 3-6 weeks based on our order cycle. Special orders may require full payment.

Tax

Sorry, we have no control over taxes. Tax will be charged per the rate of the state & county of your billing address. If you purchase in our store, the tax rate is 8.25%.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Diablo Fitness Engineering within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. When applicable, items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Return Exceptions 

• Shoes and clothes can be exchanged for a different size if they are in new and unworn condition. 
• Special Orders are non-returnable.

 

Gifts 

Gift Certificates are perfect for every fitness enthusiast. Gift certificate recipients can browse our on stock inventory or special order from our catalog. Gift certificates never expire and can be used towards any purchase amount. Any remaining balance can be saved for a later time.

Without a receipt Gifts can be exchanged per the price paid. (Special Orders are non-returnable.)
